You will stumble forward toward that aim and feel like a fool while doing it, but at least you are further down the path than you were yesterday. You must become the fool in order to become the master. I go over the importance of goal setting and why you need to pursue through that resistance in order to overcome anxiety on this podcast episode.

I reference Russell Brand's book Recovery and the beginning step in the 12 steps to overcoming addictions. There are many underlying addictions (negative habits) that have been leading the anxiety sufferer down a bad path. Since the age of 10, I have suffered from anxiety on and off. Then during my mid-twenties, I suffered from Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I overcame it, naturally, through a structured approach using CBT and NLP Practises.
