On this podcast episode, I talk about my experiences failing on the anxiety recovery journey and how they made me stronger. Failure is necessary for growth because we develop ourselves in that failure. We become more wise and failure helps us orient ourselves in the direction we want to go. It can leave us in the domain of the unknown, but in that unknown we create new habitual order.
