Wednesday Jun 02, 2021
Wednesday Jun 02, 2021
On this episode, I talk about the art of letting go and why this leads to emotional freedom. We can be less reactive over our distressing emotions and learn to embrace them. When we do, they do not survive for long. Feel the pain and discomfort and let it subside. Its only when we repress these feelings their energy lives on within us. I also talk about letting go of materialistic goods, friends, and habits.
