On episode #30 of The Anxiety Project Podcast, I go over three things you must do in order to mold the new you. Anxiety recovery is all about creating a new identity and subtracting the old habits and patterns you used to run on a daily basis that kept your anxiety alive and your self worth low. To improve the quality of your life, you must expose yourself to new situations and patterns. I see people who are in their 60's running the same patterns as they would when they were 18 years old. People need to update their software, which is their beliefs and values, in order to change the way they act in the world. Once you change your internal world, then your external world changes.
