On episode 28 of The Anxiety Project Podcast, I talk about some of the biggest negative habits anxiety sufferers run on a daily basis that continuously hold them back. The habits I go over are: poor physiology, hanging out with negative friends, too much Youtube and TV, giving the negatives energy, and constantly avoiding challenges. Once we can recognize the habits we unconsciously run on a daily basis, we can start shifting our perspective over them, and break the cycle that keeps you stuck in anxiety.
