Anxiety recovery is all about creating a new identity and subtracting the old habits and patterns you used to run on a daily basis that kept your anxiety alive and your self worth low. To improve the quality of your life, you must expose yourself to new situations and patterns. I see people who are in their 60's running the same patterns as they would when they were 18 years old. People need to update their software, which is their beliefs and values, in order to change the way they act in the world. Once you change your internal world, then your external world changes.

The three techniques are: a strong morning routine, reducing your speed, and the elastic band. It takes 30 days for a new pattern to become consistent in a persons life so make sure you do these on a daily basis. These techniques will be foreign at first, even difficult to get into because your subconscious will not like the change, but it is important that you do it.
