On episode #80, I list some very important questions that help facilitate the drive necessary to move yourself away from that anxious old you, towards that ideal you. If there isn't a big enough fire lit under you, then you may easily fall back into your old ways. When you connect pain to your current situation, that motivates you to move further away from that state. If you also attach pleasure to the future you you want to manifest, that will keep you on course towards that ideal. I also go over my motivations to change and talk the fire that helped me push through that resistance to overcome my anxiety disorder.

I go over the many challenges I faced while struggling with anxiety and how I pushed through that unbelievable resistance in order to reach my higher self. After my disorder, my life changed in many ways. My relationships changed, I had more confidence, I became braver, knowledgable, and less dependent on those around me.
